Adding a message displayed when contacting support

To add information to a message displayed when contacting support:

  1. In the left-hand panel, click Dashboards and select the dashboard you need.

  2. In the top-right corner, click Edit.

  3. At the top of the screen, click .

  4. In Other settings, next to the Window before contacting support field, click Configure.

  5. Enter additional information and click Save.

    Note

    The Markdown markup language is supported.

  6. In the Settings window, click Save.

  7. In the top-right corner, click Save.

In this case, if the user clicks in the bottom-left corner and selects Create request, they will see an additional message in the Information window.

To remove the additional information to the message, save an empty description in the Window when contacting support.
